Karydo TherapeutiX offers D-iOrgans Atlas, a body-wide dataset on drug interactions

As a result of JST’s ERATO „SATO Live Bio-Forecasting Project“, which attempts to decipher cross-talk and the maintenance of homeostasis among organs in higher organisms, Tom Sato, Director of the BioMEC-X Laboratories at Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International in Kyoto, has founded Karydo TherapeutiX Inc. in 2015. The company which offers support on drugg effects based on big data and AI analysis, has just published „D-iOrgans Atlas“, a database on bodywide drug effects on 24 organs of the whole mouse, determined as gene expression data,
